I did my best to see Fahrenheit 9/11 over the last weekend to make sure my and Lindsey's ticket sales are part of the opening numbers for it. (It was number one and, in one weekend, became the highest grossing documentary of all time.) The movie has sparked a political debate in this country that hasn't been seen in years (and, in fact, I've participated in one in this message board thread). I firmly believe that this president has had his day and needs to move on, back to the ranch he's spent more time on than the White House. I firmly believe that the country treated the last election's fiasco like the jury did the DNA evidence during the OJ trial. And I will do whatever it takes to change the power structure of the United States in this year's election. People can throw all the arguments they want at F9/11 but there are more truths than distorted truths in this movie than "the right" are willing to admit.

Go see it. But see and read everything else from both sides as well. Be informed when November rolls around and feel good about the decision you make in that booth. In a way I'm one of the responsible parties for creating this president. (I voted for Nader.) But I still felt assured that I made the correct choice, that voting with my conscience is a good thing. But this year's different. The past four years have been a shambles. And it's time to get that religious war monger out of the White House.
