THE FERTILE VALLEYS
This is the English translation of Las Vegas. I don't know what Vegas used to look like, but today it's one big valley and it doesn't look too fertile. But it's a fun place to spend a couple of days. I don't know how anyone actually lives there.
Anyway....here are some fun photos from our trip, mostly of me being a jackass, brought to you by Lindsey, who just turned 23 last Saturday.

DEEP THROAT
No, this isn't a continuation of the Vegas entry. Deep Throat of Watergate fame has been revealed. This doesn't really impact anyone younger than, say, 35 but it's still historically significant and something I've been interested in for a long time despite being a whippersnapper. The Vanity Fair article is a pretty interesting read , good closure to the decades-long episode.
It also got me thinking...this country sure could use a good deep throat right about now.
