VERONICA

I sang Elvis Costello's Veronica last night at a restaurant that happened to be doing karaoke. I got sucked in since it was the first karaoke setup that actually had Elvis Costello songs, so I had to get my wail on. It didn't help that the singing was being done about 4 feet from our table. I also sang EC's Radio, Radio. Both songs aren't particularly happy tunes, but they're very upbeat so it gets the crowd going no matter how bad I butchered 'em. Lindsey was very supportive.

GREY'S ANATOMY

I totally forgot about it, but I worked on an effects sequence for tonight's episode of Grey's Anatomy. (At least I think it was tonight. The drama was to-be-continued from last week's episode.) Anyway, I assume the show usually doesn't have visual effects so if you saw it, then you know what I did.

I also worked on a few other projects, including the upcoming Larry the Cable Guy movie (here's where you say, "Somebody's making a goddamn Larry the Cable Guy movie?!?") and some Tom Selleck project which I probably shouldn't talk about even though I don't think anyone cares anymore if Magnum's still acting. It's also the second Tom Selleck-related thing I've worked on in the past year. Hey, we're both working!

Comments:
My girl & I coincidentally sang Veronica on FRIDAY night while out with Shika & ANX. Ha! After three rum-n-cokes, I doubt I did your boy EC much justice. And you made the dude from Early Edition's head asplode! ...as well as the rest of him!

Damn Rick she's Beautiful!
Please Oh Please can we do an art trade?
