STABBY MICE
My friend David Petersen asked me to do a pin-up for his critically acclaimed comic book, Mouse Guard. Fans of comics and the fantasy genre should get to a comic book store and pick this book up! It's beautifully illustrated and a great story. Anyway...the pin-up will appear in issue 3 of the book. Here it is!

The gorgeous colors are by my Windy City partner-in-crime, Anjin, who has colored all my published pin-ups to date.
And another study, sort of, of a made-up mouse character...just for fun.

This was actually a concept I was thinking of for the pin-up, until I saw the following video:
I know...it makes you wanna draw a giant centipede, too. Or see a therapist.
I spent the day at E3 today, the Electronic Entertainment Expo, which is the annual video game convention here in LA. Full report to come...
